The touristic resort “Le Corti di Montepitti” is strategically located between the villages of Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima, only a few minutes away from Baratti’s Gulf, Populonia, San Vincenzo and the Sterpaia’s naturalistic Park that faces the Gulf of Follonica; about one hour distant from the art cities of Firenze, Pisa e Siena.
The resort covers an area of 22 hectares and it is nestled in the beautiful and fascinating hilly woodland typical of Tuscany. There are 135 newly built apartments divided into 6 courts named: ”La Fattoria”, “Iul Belvedere”, “Il Mulino”, “Le Fonti”, Il Lago”, “La Corte”.

Services and facilities:
Le Corti di Montepitti is open the whole year around and offers the following services: Reception 24 h, cafeteria, restaurant/pizzeria (24/04-30/09),  1 tennis court, 1 soccer field, 2 swimming-pools (1 for adults 25x14 m and one for children 15/05-26/09), a wellness centre (15/5-26/9) with gym, sauna, hydro massage, Turkish bath, massage and wellness facilities, a wide green zone and mountain bike rental. Special agreement with farms where the guests can go horseback riding or taste typical Tuscan products, as well as with agencies for tours the guests may be interested in.
On summer (1/7-4/9) the resort offers entertainment programs for adults and children, a miniclub service (from 3 to 9 years old), piano bar, tournaments, water gym and cabaret.

The apartaments:
They are located on the round floor with a shady porch and a private garden, or on the first floor with a sheltered terrace.
Two-roomed flats for 4 persons (circa 50 mq): a large living room with a double sofa-bed, a double room with a shower and a hairdryer. Heating, air conditioning and TV Sat. A safe is available on request.
Three-roomed flats for 5 persons (circa 58 mq): Same as 2-roomed-apts + a single room.
